William Stafford readings and tribute

Trails End Bookstore, Downtown, Winthrop WA

Readings from local poets of their own work, paired and inspired with William Stafford. He wrote a wonderful series of poems for the Methow, featured on road side signs across the valley. I will be performing a new song, adapted from his poem "A Valley Like This", that is on a sign at the Washington Pass overlook. I always read it out loud and it just had to become a song!
